High efficiency video (HEVC) coding made its mark as a codec which compress with low bit rate than preceding that is H.264, but the factor stop HEVC from many applications complex encoding procedure. The distortion optimisation (RDO) cost calculation in consume calculations. In this paper, we propose method to cross out issue of calculations by replacing traditional inter-prediction procedure brute force search for RDO deep convolutional neural network predict and perform process. first step, modelling depth decision algorithm done optimum specifications using (CNN). next model designed trained dataset validated. tested pipelining it original encoder check performance. We also evaluate comparing average time various resolution input. testing mutually independent input maintain accuracy system. system shows substantial saving proves complexity reduction HEVC.
